End-to-end and marketing analytics
We show not only where an enquiry came from, but what happened through deal and revenue
Spend, enquiries, CRM, and business outcome in one traceable data chain.
We audit existing measurement, configure sources and events, connect forms, calls, and enquiries with CRM, define attribution rules, and build reporting for marketing, sales, and management. Gaps and limitations are shown explicitly, so decisions are not based on false precision.
01Management questions
Analytics should guide action—not merely create more reports
We begin with the decisions the business needs to make, then identify the indicators and data sources required to support them.
Which channels deliver outcomes
Compare not only enquiry volume but quality, deals, and available revenue.
Where customers are lost
Find gaps between advertising, the website, first response, CRM stages, and the sale.
What a useful enquiry costs
Separate all enquiries from qualified ones and relate the result to spend.
Which data is missing
Record blind spots, tagging errors, CRM gaps, and integration limitations.
02Data chain
We connect the customer journey across several systems
End-to-end analytics does not come from a single counter. It requires a consistent link between the advertising source, user action, enquiry, CRM record, and financial outcome.
Sources
Spend, campaigns, and tags
Website and calls
Visits, events, and enquiries
CRM
Leads, deals, stages, and reasons
Sales
Payment, revenue, or another outcome
Reporting
Metrics, checks, and decisions
Source → identifier → enquiry → CRM → outcome → management decision
03Scope of work
We configure data collection, connection, and validation
The exact scope depends on advertising platforms, website, telephony, CRM, sales accounting, and existing services. Sources and quality criteria are defined before implementation.
Measurement audit
Review counters, goals, events, tags, call tracking, forms, CRM, and current reporting.
Metric map
Connect business questions with metrics, data sources, and ownership of data entry.
Events and tagging
Configure agreed goals, events, UTM rules, and consistent source names.
Enquiry-to-CRM connection
Pass available identifiers, source, and original parameters into the enquiry or deal record.
Sales outcomes
Define which statuses and financial indicators can correctly return to the analytics chain.
Reporting and quality control
Build working views, document calculations, and routinely check completeness.
04Attribution
We select an evaluation rule for the sales cycle—not for a prettier report
A customer may see an ad several times, return directly, call, and buy later. An attribution model is an agreed analytical rule, not absolute truth.
Last meaningful touch
Shows the channel before the enquiry and supports operational demand analysis.
First touch
Helps identify which source first introduced the customer into the measured journey.
Touchpoint chain
Used when there is enough data to analyse several interactions.
Model comparison
Shows how strongly a conclusion depends on the chosen allocation rule.
Every report states the attribution rule in use
05Data quality
Reliable reporting begins before the dashboard is built
Automation cannot repair missing CRM entries or inconsistent source names. We establish rules and checks that reveal errors early.
Identifiers
Preserve the available link between a visit, enquiry, and CRM record.
Consistent tagging
Define UTM and naming rules for channels, campaigns, and platforms.
Deduplication
Decide how repeat enquiries and matching contacts are handled.
CRM discipline
Required stages, reasons, and final statuses must be completed consistently.
Gap control
Monitor enquiries without a source, deals without an outcome, and unlinked data.
Documentation
Describe sources, formulas, limitations, and ownership of data quality.
06Project stages
We make collection reliable before building reports
Timing depends on systems, access, CRM quality, and integration complexity. We begin with the smallest reliable chain and expand it after validation.
- 01
Define the questions
Identify decisions, report users, and required indicators.
- 02
Audit the systems
Review advertising, website, telephony, CRM, sales data, and current integrations.
- 03
Design
Agree the data map, identifiers, tagging, and attribution rules.
- 04
Configuration and integration
Connect approved events, parameter transfer, and return of available outcomes.
- 05
Quality validation
Test real scenarios, find losses, and reconcile calculations with source systems.
- 06
Reporting and governance
Build views, document indicators, and hand over the regular control process.
07Analytics levels
Each role receives the indicators and detail it needs
One overloaded dashboard rarely serves everyone. We separate operational marketing control, sales work, and management outcomes.
- ✓Spend and channel trends
- ✓Enquiries and result cost
- ✓Qualification and loss reasons
- ✓CRM stage conversion
- ✓Deals and available revenue
- ✓Share of correctly linked data
channels, campaigns, enquiries
quality, stages, reasons
spend, deals, revenue
08Commercial terms
Cost follows an audit of systems and data availability
The project depends less on chart count than on the number of sources, CRM quality, enquiry identification, and integration complexity.
What we agree before work
- Management questions and indicators
- Systems, sources, and data owners
- Identification and attribution rules
- Integrations and reports in scope
- Quality criteria, timing, and cost
We do not promise absolute precision where data does not exist
Parts of the journey may remain outside the digital chain because of device changes, platform limits, offline contact, or incomplete CRM data. We expose these limitations and measure linkage completeness.
09Questions
What to discuss before configuring end-to-end analytics
The answer depends on channels, sales cycle, CRM, telephony, and how the company records financial outcomes.
01Is Yandex Metrica enough?
+
Metrica covers many website-behaviour and advertising-visit tasks. Connecting enquiries with CRM status, deals, and revenue requires data from other systems and matching rules.
02Can measurement be 100% accurate?
+
Usually not. Users may change devices, block tracking, contact the business offline, or lose identifiers. We aim for sufficient completeness for decisions and show the unlinked share explicitly.
03Can you work with a long sales cycle?
+
Yes, when stages and outcomes are recorded in CRM or another system. Long cycles make preserving the original source and agreeing attribution especially important.
04Can calls and messengers be connected?
+
Compatible call tracking, telephony, and official connectors can be used. We first review identifiers, APIs, and service-specific limitations.
05Are paid services included?
+
No. Analytics platforms, call tracking, BI, connectors, and storage licences are paid separately. We recommend them only when the need is confirmed and approved.
06Who owns the data and reports?
+
Working accounts and access should remain under customer control. We configure minimum required permissions, while storage and processing follow the systems and company requirements in use.
