Technical Support

We improve working solutions and take care of the technical side.

Your website, CRM and connected services should support everyday business. We assess the existing solution, fix issues and implement agreed improvements with clear priorities, verified results and a record of changes.

01What we support

Support means reliability and continued development

We support our own projects and solutions built by other teams after assessing their condition. Scope depends on the platform, access and technical constraints.

01

Websites and online stores

Fixes and improvements to pages, responsive layouts, catalogues, forms and user journeys. We assess Tilda, 1C-Bitrix, Webasyst and custom-code projects before taking them on.

02

CRM and automation

Maintenance of Bitrix24 settings, pipelines, automation and access permissions. We check that changes preserve the team's workflows.

03

Integrations and data transfer

Troubleshooting forms, telephony, CRM data exchange and connected services. We assess API availability, compatibility and third-party limitations.

04

Updates and maintenance

Planning updates, checking backups and rollback options, and assisting with domains, SSL and hosting within the agreed scope.

05

Functional development

We assess new requirements and implement approved improvements. Major changes are scoped as separate projects.

06

Critical workflow checks

We test enquiries, data transfer and other agreed workflows. Monitoring and notifications can be configured separately when needed.

02How we work

Every request has a priority and acceptance criteria

Critical incidents, routine fixes and development are handled with distinct priorities. Communication channels and response arrangements are agreed before support starts.

  1. 01

    Assess the solution

Review the platform, access, documentation, dependencies and existing issues. Agree responsibilities.

  2. 02

    Set priorities

Clarify business impact, expected outcome, cost and timing. Assess urgency separately.

  3. 03

    Implement changes

Use a test environment when available. Agree backups and rollback procedures before risky changes.

  4. 04

    Verify and hand over

Test agreed workflows, record completed work and explain the changes.

03Working arrangements

A one-off task or ongoing maintenance

One-off work

For a specific issue or improvement. After diagnosis we agree scope, estimate and acceptance criteria.

Ongoing support

For a regular queue of requests. We agree capacity, priorities, reporting and request handling.

Pricing follows a project assessment. Service hours, response and recovery targets are agreed separately. Licences, hosting and third-party services are billed separately. Round-the-clock coverage is not included by default.

04FAQ

Before support starts

01

Can you take over a website built by another team?

Yes, after assessment. We review access, the platform and code condition, explain risks and identify the work we can undertake.

02

What if the website stops working?

Send the URL, issue description and time of occurrence through the agreed channel. Urgent availability and response times depend on the support agreement; we do not promise a recovery deadline before diagnosis.

03

Does support include SEO and advertising management?

No, these are separate services. Support may include technical changes specified by an SEO specialist or marketer.

04

How does support differ from the development warranty?

The warranty covers development defects under the agreed terms. Support covers new requirements, improvements and maintenance. Warranty requests are reviewed separately from paid changes.

05

Who controls project accounts?

The client should retain control of project accounts. We request the access needed for our work and agree how credentials and data are handled.
