Social media management and paid social

We build a social media system—not a stream of random posts

Strategy, content, production, community, and promotion in one process.

We define the role of social media in your marketing, build content pillars and a publishing plan, produce materials, and manage approvals and publishing. Paid promotion supports clear propositions, while results are reviewed alongside website and CRM enquiries.

01Role of social media

First, we define what social media should do for the business

Not every company needs the same posting volume, and no single format suits every objective. We define the channel role, audience, and intended action before producing content.

01

Brand trust

Show expertise, people, processes, and proof that support a buying decision.

02

A clear proposition

Explain complex services and advantages in accessible, suitable formats.

03

Consistent presence

Maintain a coherent conversation instead of rare, disconnected posts.

04

Enquiries and nurturing

Connect content, offers, advertising, and the user's next step.

02Content system

Consistency comes from a process—not a monthly list of ideas

Strategy sets the direction, content pillars organise topics, and a clear production cycle keeps publishing moving without constant rushes.

01

Diagnosis

Business, audience, and current channels

02

Strategy

Role, topics, and tone of voice

03

Production

Copy, design, photography, and video

04

Publishing

Schedule, presentation, and moderation

05

Development

Data, conclusions, and new hypotheses

Business objective → content → audience response → enquiry → learning

03Scope of work

We manage the editorial and production cycle

The exact scope depends on channels, frequency, formats, and available materials. Before starting, we define what our team delivers and what information is required from the client.

01
Foundation

Audit and social strategy

We study the product, audience, competitors, current accounts, and the journey to an enquiry.

02
Editorial

Content pillars and plan

We balance expert, product, and trust-building topics and plan dates and production tasks.

03
Content

Copy and message design

We prepare posts, scripts, headlines, and calls to action in a consistent brand voice.

04
Production

Design and video

We create graphics, cards, and short videos; filming and source-material requirements are agreed in advance.

05
Community

Publishing and community

We publish materials, check presentation, and handle comments and messages within the agreed scope.

06
Analytics

Reporting and the next plan

We review performance, topics, and formats, document conclusions, and adjust the next cycle.

04Formats

We choose the format for the message and audience behaviour

We do not fill feeds for the sake of volume. One strong topic can become several formats when each version adds value.

01

Short video

Explanations, answers, demonstrations, and dynamic stories for first contact.

02

Expert posts

Answers, mistakes, technologies, and decision guidance.

03

Cards and carousels

Structured facts, comparisons, stages, and instructions.

04

News and timely updates

Changes, events, new projects, products, and important announcements.

05

Product offers

A clear proposition, proof, terms, and next step without advertising noise.

06

Team and process

People, production, and behind-the-scenes work that strengthen trust.

05Paid social

We connect targeting with content, proposition, and the enquiry point

Advertising cannot repair an unclear proposition or weak destination. Before launch, we define the audience, message, format, destination, and measurement approach.

01

Audience

Segments, geography, interests, and available data

02

Creative

Message and visual format for a defined segment

03

Destination

Website, form, message, or another clear next step

04

Spend, response, enquiries, and result quality

06Working rhythm

Each month has a plan, production cycle, approvals, and conclusions

Timelines depend on the number of channels and materials. We agree information and approval dates in advance so publishing does not stall.

  1. 01

    Planning

Define topics, formats, objectives, and required source material.

  2. 02

    Production

Create copy, design, scripts, and video for the approved plan.

  3. 03

    Approval

Collect feedback in one process and lock approved materials.

  4. 04

    Publishing and promotion

Publish content, launch approved campaigns, and monitor response.

  5. 05

    Analysis

Review outcomes and enquiry quality, then build the next plan.

07Analytics

We separate content, advertising, and business metrics

Reach and engagement help evaluate content, but they are not sales by themselves. Where possible, we connect visits and enquiries with the website, analytics, and CRM.

  • Publishing consistency
  • Reach and video completion
  • Saves and meaningful response
  • Visits and enquiries
  • Cost of paid outcomes
  • Lead quality and the next plan

08Commercial terms

We price the work after agreeing channels and production volume

Scope depends on the number of channels, publishing frequency, design and video complexity, filming requirements, community moderation, and paid campaign scale.

SMM?

No guaranteed follower or lead count

Results depend on the product, proposition, audience, budget, seasonality, and enquiry handling. We are accountable for the agreed process, material quality, campaign management, and transparent analytics.

Media spend is paid separately. Filming, actors, locations, and other additional production costs are added only after approval.

09Questions

What to discuss before starting social media work

We answer in the context of the product, audience, available materials, and current accounts.

01

Which social networks should we use?

We choose channels based on the audience, product, available formats, and business objectives. We do not recommend being everywhere if quality and consistency cannot be maintained.

02

Does the client need to prepare all materials?

No. Our team prepares copy, design, and the content plan. The client provides product facts, news, access to experts, and timely approvals. We agree the information workflow before starting.

03

Can you organise photo and video production?

We can prepare scripts and briefs and organise production in the agreed format. Location filming, studios, actors, presenters, and complex editing are scoped and priced separately.

04

Is the media budget included in the management fee?

No. Paid-social budget is paid separately and directly to the advertising platform. We agree the amount and limits before launch.

05

Can you guarantee follower growth or a lead count?

No. We can plan the work, test hypotheses, and be accountable for delivery quality, but we cannot control audience behaviour, competition, or the client's sales process.

06

Can you work with existing accounts?

Yes. We first audit presentation, content, data, advertising, and the path to an enquiry, then recommend what to retain, change, and develop.
